DÉGAGÉ CORP. #WB3000 work bench assemblies are custom fabricated to our customers specifications in our Terrell, Texas fabrication facility. Frames are mig welded 14 and 16 ga. 1” and 1-1/4" steel tubing and are available in standard 6', 8’ and 10' lengths, with widths from 24" through 48". Degage work bench assemblies have powder coated frames and are available in six standard colors, or can be color matched to your requirements. Degage work bench assemblies are available in a number of standard configurations but since each bench assembly is hand made it can be designed to fit your exacting requirements. Below is a list of custom features and options, that can be designed into our bench assemblies.

STANDARD FEATURES
• Heavy duty 14/16 ga. Powder coated frames.
• Adjustable legs. (Will compensate for a difference in flooring).
• Static dissipative, 10^8th. Ohms/so. Hard laminate tops.
• Solid brass common-point grounding lug installed through static dissipative laminate at back of bench top.

OPTIONS
• Integral shelf installed over bench to hold monitors etc.
• Florescent lighting installed under integral shelf.
• Air tool plug installed in junction of top and leg.
• Vanity panel installed between shelf and bench top.
• Ground fault interrupter installed in vanity panel.
• Modesty panel installed on back of bench between bench top and kick space area to floor.
• Static dissipative laminate installed on modesty and vanity panels.
• Post formable front edge molded on work bench top.
• Two or three outlet banana plug terminal installed at front of work bench.
• 150# load , full extension, parts and tool drawer installed under work bench top.
• Five outlet, electrical strip installed in work bench front.
• Static dissipative, solderable work bench mat installed over hard laminate top.
• Integral work bench ionizing unit installed under work bench shelf.
• Wrist straps, heel straps, monitors and instruments are available.
