A Class 100 cleanroom innovative product of the 21st. century, is at the cutting edge of design development, of packaging films, for the packaging of the most static and contamination sensitive electronic components and hardware. RIBS is a co-extruded film combining a matrix of conductive black carbon and polymer with an inside layer of copper corrosion intercept. RIBS offers superior shielding qualities against ESD, RFI and EMI while stopping corrosion in its tracks, and absorbing all outgassing and ambient ions. RIBS is cleaned to class 100 in our ISO 9001:2000 compliant and AS9000 certified cleanroom and is certifiable to IEST 14644 class 1 and is manufactured and processed to meet or exceed cleanliness standards for use in an ISO 14644-1 class 3 cleanroom. It is also certifiable to NASA: JPG-5322-1 level 50 -100. RIBS was specifically designed for the critical packaging of computer hard drives, but has been found to give superior protection to all items requiring extreme ESD sensitivity. Laminated to static shielding and cleaned to class 100, RIBS makes the best hard drive and mother board packaging available, giving you superior "faraday cage" protection as well as ambient ion and outgassing absorption. Ribs is available in bags, film and tubing, 4mil to 8mil and in widths up to 48".

"CLEAN TUFF" – is a new DÉGAGÉ CORP. clean film, developed from a special blend of resins, that yields bags, film and tubing that are as strong in 2mil as most polyethylene films in 4mil. High clarity enhancement, extreme puncture resistance, absence of all blocking, ease of use with substantial cost savings makes this a true product of the 21st. century. "Clean Tuff" can be cleaned to class 10 and is specifically designed for the packaging of medical implants, orthopaedic implants, pharmaceutical containers, medical filters, spinal products and all areas where high clarity, puncture resistance and extreme protection and cleanliness are important. "Clean Tuff" is available in bags, film and tubing in 2mil to 6mil and in widths up to 60"

"AUTO-BAGS" DÉGAGÉ'S auto-bags are manufactured inside a Fed. Cert 209e cleanroom and are available as class 100 certifiable bags in either low density polyethylene or anti static polyethylene, pink or clear.

NARROW WIDTH, THIN GAUGE CLEAN FILM is extruded to class 100 for use in the medical industry, in the packaging of catheters, surgical instruments, and small medical tubing. Widths down to 5/8" and thickness down to 2mil can be achieved without blocking or splitting and without the use of any release agents, slip agents or processing aids.

DÉGAGÉ'S NEW "LOW OUTGASSING" FILM DUC-8020 exhibits extremely low outgassing of all anions, cations and traceable metals. (outgassing organics ATD-GC/MS) 130. In addition, without additives, this film exhibits non-mar, non-scratch characteristics, making it perfect for the packaging of precious metals and applications requiring class 10 cleanliness certification.

DÉGAGÉ'S "DUPONT-ALATHON 20-20" film is the standard of the critical silicon ingot and silicon glove manufacturing industry. ALATHON 20-20 can be cleaned to class 100 and is available in bags, film and tubing.
