CleanTuff Ionic Contamination TESTING
In the chart below are listed test results showing the degree of ionic contamination for DegageCorp’s product line of class 100 or class 5 cleanroom bags, films and tubing. The anions and cations are shown as the lowest levels achievable. The ammonium, as shown in the chart, is the result of polyethylene amide groups which contain low levels of NH3 groups. It is also partly attributable to our deionizing process which releases minute particles of ammonium into the atmosphere.
The test results, done by an outside laboratory, do not reflect a cleanliness level (ie: class 100 to class 5) or a particulation size or count for a cleanliness classification, but they are indicative of the chemical makeup of any flossing, leeching, or out-gassing that could occur in the packaging of micro-contamination sensitive parts (out-gassing organics ATD• GC/MS). Our low out-gassing and low particulation levels have led many of our 'customers to claim that our bags, films and tubing are "The most consistently clean in the industry."

DC-7000-C Static Shielding cleanroom bags MIL-PRF-81705D, TYPE III, CLASS 1. Class 100 Cleanroom Static Shielding bags Gusseted bags, Pouches, Zip Lock
What Is ESD Protection?
DegageCorp. Class 100 (ISO Class 5) clean room film ("Metal-In") static shielding bags will also meet the military specification of MIL-PRF-81705D, type 3 as well as the cleanliness specification of NASA JPG 5322-1 Level 100 and ISO 14644-1 Class 5. DegageCorps. metalized static shielding bags are a 3mil composite consisting of an outer layer of static dissipative coating applied to a layer of polyester that is vacuum deposited with a conductive aluminum metal coating and laminated to an inner layer of permanent static dissipative 108th low density polyethylene. The DegageCorp. Transparent static shielding bag provides complete shielding from electrostatic discharge, RFI frequencies and EMI impulses. DegageCorps. static shielding bags instantly dissipate static charges. Loaded circuit boards can be safely handled and stored, shipped and are readily identified without removal when placed in our transparent static shielding bags. Your products are static secure and totally enclosed in a Faraday Cage environment. Electrostatic voltages applied to the outside of the bag cannot affect components within the bag. This is not the case with Anti-Static bags which slowly dissipate static charges. Slow dissipation generally results in increased voltages inside anti-static polyethylene bags, potentially causing component degradation. The DegageCorp. Transparent static shielding is the best protection available for static sensitive components that are being brought into an ISO Class 5 cleanroom.

Anti-Static non-corrosive Green or Clear Bags (MIL B 22019C)
What Is ESD Protection?
DegageCorps. Low density polyethylene, anti-static, non-corrosive bags (MIL B 22019C) are extruded from permanent anti-static resins with a non-corrosive additive that imparts a non-corrosive characteristic to the finished film, tubing or bags. DegageCorps. Non-corrosive bags are used to protect metal parts from the environment, humidity and potential for rust and contamination. DegageCorps. Non-corrosive bags are heavily used by the U.S Government for the shipping of hand held weapons and ammunition overseas and into unfriendly enviromental conditions. DegageCorps. Non-corrosive bags are normally tinted light blue but are available in any custom color to meet the customers specifications.

Static shielding bags (MIL-PRF-81705D, Type III, Class 1) Static Shielding bags are available in the following configurations: Static Shielding Flat bags, Pouches, Gusseted bags and zip lock.
Our static shielding bags will meet the military specification of MIL-PRF-81705D, type 3. We currently offer this material in many configurations from a flat bag, gusseted bag and a Zip Lock bag. We also offer a CLEAN Static Shielding bag that will meet the cleanliness specification of NASA JPG 5322-1 Level 100 and ISO 14644-1 Class 5 (See DC-7000C). Transparent static shielding is the best protection available for static sensitive components.

Slow dissipation generally results in increased voltages inside anti-static polyethylene bags, potentially causing component degradation.
